Maitake is a type of Japanese mushroom that is also grown in Europe and North America. It has the ability to activate white blood cells and T cells, which are responsible for immune system function and fight cancer cells in the lung, colon, breast, prostate and bladder. Maitake can also be used as an aid in chemotherapy because it mitigates the side effects of chemotherapy. Method of use:
